Sylvester Stallone’s Temper Problem and Gross Weirdness
(This post has been updated to add new information. Latest update: January 5, 2018)
I began work on another post or two, related to the sexual abuse allegations against Stallone by various women, and I don’t know when or if I’ll get around to finishing those.
In the course of looking up more material for those posts, I ran across some other disturbing, gross information on the man.
For legal purposes: imagine everything below has the word “alleged” in front of it.
Personally, I have no reason to doubt this information, because I cannot see what any of these people have to gain by it discussing it, and I’m starting to see a pattern emerge with some of these things.
I do believe Stallone raped and verbally abused his half sister, and that he sexually exploited teen girls at the height of his fame.
All of that is degenerate enough, but this other information – about the hotel rooms, hiring prostitutes to defecate in front of him, and so forth – is also disgusting.
The Inconsistency of Actor Chris O’Dowd Regarding Religion – His 2017 Comments
(This post has been edited to add additional links or commentary)
One of my previous posts, out of several, critical of actor Chris O’Dowd, is already fifty feet long.
Rather than add more commentary to that post, making it even longer, I thought I’d make a new post, so here we are.
At this point, I guess you could say I am “hate-watching” O’Dowd’s career. I am not following his career out of fondness, no.
Sometimes news about O’Dowd comes across my radar. I was on one of my social media accounts yesterday, and there was a headline saying that his “Get Shorty” cable TV show has been renewed for a season two.
So, I sometimes don’t go looking for stuff on O’Dowd, it crosses my path.
I started out sort of liking the guy.
I assumed (oh so very wrongly) that O’Dowd must be as nice and considerate in real life as the nice cop character he played in the ‘Bridesmaids’ movie, which is why I googled him a few months after I first saw the movie on cable TV in 2015.
I thought around that time, well, if he’s as nice in real life and has played similar characters in other movies or shows, I may follow his career from here on out.
But the more I read about O’Dowd, the more disappointed I became.
If the Nathan Rhodes Character Acted in the Bridesmaids Movie the Way Actor Chris O’Dowd Does In Real Life, Most Women Audience Members Would’ve Hated the Character
I will use this blog post to copy and paste any comments I made about O’Dowd on other sites. If I make any more. So far, there’s just the one.
I posted the following comment at a British site under an article about Chris O’Dowd.
O’Dowd just annoys me (ever since I found out he’s kind of jerky in real life), and it bothers me that there’s this perception of him as being a “Really Nice Guy” when he really is not one.
Months ago, when I first looked up info on O’Dowd (after having seen him in ‘Bridesmaids’), I came across some survey taken among British or Irish readers who were asked “out of everyone (or all Irish entertainers) you had to be stuck on a long car trip with, who would you choose.”
And I think O’Dowd was number one on the list, or in the top five.
For some reason, a lot of Europeans seem to be under the faulty impression that O’Dowd is this really great, nice guy who it would be enjoyable to spend time with.
Then, about a month ago, actor Jon Hamm said insome article that Chris O’Dowd is “one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.” I’m sure in person, O’Dowd is probably polite or rather friendly. I won’t dispute that.
“People who post abusive comments about other users or those featured in articles will be banned.”
I did leave some critical comments on their page, but nothing rude or hateful. In case the people at Kent Online disagree, however, I have copied my comments here:
My Comments on Kent Online, Aug 3, 2017:
What I have to say here is critical, but I don’t consider it “abusive,” so I hope this comment is not scrubbed from this page.
Had O’Dowd’s “Nathan Rhodes” character in the 2011 ‘Bridesmaids’ movie done or said some of the things O’Dowd has said and done in real life-
(such as, but not limited to, condescendingly and smugly insulting people for believing in a deity, or being politically right wing) –
-women audience members would have detested that Rhodes character, and much more so than the “jerk” character, “Ted,” played by actor Jon Hamm. I don’t think O’Dowd appreciates this fact at all.
I have no desire to watch O’Dowd in any future movies or TV shows, after having learned more about him online.
I really thought the character O’Dowd played in 2011’s “Bridesmaids” movie, the cop named Rhodes, was very sweet, so I was assuming (when I looked him up online after having seen the film) that he would be much the same way, but I was very wrong, and it was disappointing.
Celebrities Who Treat Their Fans Like Trash – The Mean Stars Site
In my opinion, it’s always so disappointing to find out that a celebrity you’ve seen in concert, or on a TV show, or in a movie or where ever else, turns out to be a pervert, jerk, snob, or weirdo in real life, especially when their screen or stage persona seems so friendly and kind – such as Bill Cosby or Chris O’Dowd (as of 2017, O’Dowd is arguably best known for playing the nice cop character, Rhodes, in the movie “Bridesmaids“).
I found out about the “Mean Stars” site through an article called “Celebrities who treat their fans like trash”
First, here is a link to the Mean Stars site:
Mean Stars-allows you to search for celebrities by name, or you can browse using the “browse” link
What are celebrities really like?
We all know what their PR wants us to think they are like but how have they acted when YOU have met them?
Read and submit stories about real life, day-to-day celebrity encounters with normal people like us!
When you’re rich and famous, it’s not hard to lose sight of the little people. While it can’t be easy to be the center of attention, celebrities have the choice to either be cool about their fans’ overzealous adulation or to be a total celebri-jerk about it. Here are some stars who, allegedly, have done some pretty terrible things to us pathetic, regular people.
Rihanna is a rude girl, at least to some fans. “My coworker won free tickets and backstage passes to see Rihanna about a year after they were first playing ‘Umbrella’ on the radio,” a former fan told Thought Catalog.
“When her kids finally got the chance to go meet Rihanna, she was sitting at her makeup booth and refused to face them, or even look at them. When they asked for her autograph, she told the closest backup dancer to forge it for them and shooed them away.”
….Despite the poor endings that entertainers often meet after threatening Trump, many of them continue to do it, and Depp is just the latest in a long line of those abusing the privilege of free speech.
In the United States, it is still a federal crime to threaten a president, sitting or otherwise:
“Whoever knowingly and willfully threatens to kill, kidnap, or inflict bodily harm upon — a former President or a member of the immediate family of a former President; a member of the immediate family of the President, the President-elect, the Vice President, or the Vice President-elect; a major candidate for the office of President or Vice President, or a member of the immediate family of such candidate; or a person protected by the Secret Service under section 3056(a)(6); shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.”

Do we see any liberal entertainers sitting in jail for remarks that they’ve made? No. And frankly, what makes these “celebrities” think they have a free pass at breaking the law when the common man and woman would likely be considered a terrorist or treasonist and incarcerated immediately for making similar remarks?
Actress Kathy Griffin Poses with Severed Donald Trump Mannequin Head
This post was edited June 1, and 2, 2017, July 7, 2017, and August 29, 2017 to add updates; scroll below to see those
I didn’t vote for anyone in the 2016 Presidential elections because I didn’t care for any of the candidates. I’m neither particularly for or against Trump.
I find this photo shoot, where Griffin is posed holding a bloody (fake) severed Donald Trump head disrespectful to the office of the Presidency. Regardless of how one feels about Trump, it is wrong and in poor taste to pose for such a photo.
I don’t know if she felt she was trying to be funny by doing this, or if she has some very disturbing, deep-seated hatred of Trump, or what this is meant to convey.
I’m not a Democrat, I wasn’t an Obama supporter, but I sure would not have supported a conservative posing with a severed Obama mannequin head.
According to some news sites, Griffin has since apologized for the photo, at least.
….But more than anything, it [Stephen Colbert’s vulgar commentary on Trump on his late night TV show] exemplified a trend in American life that one could identify without any exaggeration as the unraveling of civil society.
To anyone, liberal or conservative, who grew up watching Johnny Carson on late night TV, the descent from Carson to Colbert is as breathtaking as it is heartbreaking.
